Diversity Statement
Harries Watkins Jones PS LLP is committed to promoting inclusion, equality and diversity. We understand and embrace the benefits of a diverse workforce, based on individual merit. We promote an inclusive environment where each person is valued, treated fairly and with respect.
Under the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales firm’s probate compliance we are required to monitor our firm’s diversity. To comply with these rules we are required to carry out a staff diversity survey every 2 years. As clients may deal with staff from our sister practice Harries Watkins & Jones Ltd in addition to the staff of Harries Watkins Jones PS LLP we have extended the survey to them.
We monitor data in relation to:
- Age
- Sex/gender
- Disability
- Ethnic group
- Faith
- Sexual orientation
- Socio-economic background
- Social mobility
- Caring responsibilities
